2nd March 2005: K3D 2.1.1 has been released today! The product is now free and has been released as an Open Source project. A Development Forum is now online for those who wish to participate in the Open Source development of the K3D Object Viewer.
16th Feb 2005: Haven't updated the site for a while... So just like everyone else on the Internet I've decided to add a web log to K3D with my thoughts and TODOs around creating images using 3D graphics. I'm hoping I might get around to adding a bit more info about the scenes then during the creation process, rather than just a small sentence in the gallery section once I've done working on it. So to kick it off the first entry in the blog is about a new version of my Dark Subway scene i'm working on...
19th June 2004: Added 3 new images to Image Gallery 1. A new set of images of a garden with daytime and night lighting. Also a new Kitchen image.
13th June 2004: K3D 2.1.0 has been released today! Features Lightwave sub-patch support, which is nice.
What Will You Find Here?
- Lots of interesting images created in Lightwave 3D - a leading 3D graphics package.
- Dance and house music created in Acid Music Pro, Fruity Loops and eJay.
- Other miscellaneous bits and pieces written in Java, C++ and C#.
- Spelling mistakes.
What Won't You Find Here?
- Long lists of inaccurate and out-of-date links to sites that you don't care about.
- Huge long witterings about my opinion on the world and its troubles.
- Adverts for bizarre casino betting sites etc.
